We have created probably the coolest People Development software. We help HR and L&D professionals support the engagement of their employees in all types of companies in the UK.  

eloomi is growing fast and expanding further in the UK market from our office in Central London. We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to create new business opportunities and reach new heights with our great products. We are a SaaS company that simplifies People Development through software and we already have more than 50 great brands in the UK.

Sales Development Representatives

We are currently looking for Sales Development Representatives, that together with the team in London will be prospecting into the UK market and be supported by a great Inbound and Marketing team. The role is to be very proactive and your main goal is to get discussions and demos planned.

Your job role will consist of following:

  • Reaching out to prospective clients via outbound calls, emails and other platforms 
  • Making outbound calls to prospects daily with the goal of scheduling platform demos  
  • Qualifying new leads and following up on warm leads 
  • The voice and face of eloomi, as you are the first point of contact to engage our potential customers     
  • An expert in our business, brand and product 
  • Trained to become an expert on our brand and business 
  • A part of our great sales team, working hard and having fun! 

We expect you to have following skill set:   

  • Positivity and the ability to handle objections, see opportunities and find the perfect solution for prospects       
  • Knowledge and experience with sales language 
  • A team-player attitude 
  • An exceptional ability to organize work and tasks 
  • Experience and confidence with cold calling, preferably with a proven record of reaching targets
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate efficient and clearly in English – written and spoken (native English an advantage)  

 You will be based to work out of the eloomi London office.

You will be right there via video, as we want you to feel as a part of our HQ team. What better way to start a great weekend, than with getting enlightened and chat with your colleagues? By the way, we are completely transparent, and from day one, you will get strong insights to the company at all levels, not only in your department.  

Where are you going to be working?

The office is in central London at one of the great WeWork offices - close to public transportation. You will be working in our existing UK teams, and we have further people from the DK HQ working with you locally in UK.

We are currently counting more than 90+ employees and 26 nationalities in the DK HQ and three office dogs, and we have so many cool and exciting things coming up in the nearby future in our amazing company, one of them is opening up our new office in the US. Are you in?
