Main market to support is the US and you will be based out of our eloomi Orlando office. It is a requirement that you are fluent in English.

A Day In Life 

Be a critical part of a team focused on increasing adoption of the entire eloomi solution by developing the rapidly growing US and UK market. As an Account Manager at eloomi, you will have the exciting opportunity to directly impact the growth and shape of an emerging core L&D product. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction in our largest and fastest growing territories. Early and continued eloomi product adoption is critical in enabling these customers to achieve their People Goals at scale.

Key Responsibilities 

The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and blended customer service background that allows them to strategically engage at the Executive level as well as with HR Managers & HR Business Partners. You should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a fast moving territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets. 

  • Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts. 
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. 
  • Develop and execute a plan to grow the eloomi footprint within your set of accounts. 
  • Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically. 
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the eloomi products & services. 
  • Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategy to achieve customer outcomes. 
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Ability to work cross-departmental with great communication skills. 

 Basic Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development 
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience required[Text Wrapping Break] 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • A background working with HR Technology is a major plus 
  • Experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite and Executive level
