You will be a key contributor in our revenue engine, and we will reward those that are successful Sales Development Representative’s with the opportunity to move on to an Account Executives role. Content of the role: Your role as Sales Development Representative will be to approach potential clients, identify their potential need, engage and qualify leads to create a pipeline for our Account Executives. We have the winning gameplan that will support you to attack and become the frontrunner and key to our growth. Our Sales Development Representatives are compensated with a very competitive base salary, commission, and excellent benefits.

Sales Development Representatives are the first chain in the sales cycle, and therefore make up an incremental part of our success. We value people that are driven by their own targets, but also act as a team player in a creative environment with lots of freedom to find your ideal approach as well. 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect potential clients via outbound cold calls, emails and other market activities
  • Effectively and independently deliver the eloomi value proposition, articulating how our products can change people outcomes
  • Follow the established eloomi sales qualification process to manage a high-activity pipeline of leads
  • Push beyond gatekeepers to reach the right stakeholders to convey our value proposition and generate sales opportunities.

You will get intensive training in our product and the way we qualify and sell in eloomi, as well be a part of our strong international Sales Development Representative team.

Qualifications:

  • Strong desire to pursue a challenging career in SaaS sales
  • Love to talk to people and have good constructive conversations, and strong ability to engage and qualify leads
  • Interested in software and likes to address the gains and pains it solves
  • Ideally at least 1 years’ experience in sales or account management
  • Education? A bachelors is great, but we will certainly consider experience and a great attitude
  • CRM usage experience a plus, we use HubSpot and it’s really easy to learn
  • Competitive - you want to outwork everyone around you and be rewarded for your level of effort
  • Fast learner, great listener and a communicator that captivates people
  • An analytical mindset with the drive to continuously improve and develop yourself
  • Highly motivated with a can-do attitude, ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with high volume of outbound cold calls (at least 50 calls per day)

What to expect?

  • You will be part of a cool company with strong proved track record, a great sales team and an opportunity to help build the US market
  • Based on your performance over minimum 12 months as Sales Development Representative, your next career path in eloomi could be Account Executive followed by Senior Account Executive
  • Competitive compensation with On Target Earnings exceeding $60,000 with a preferred mix of base and commission along with excellent benefits. A motivating and attractive commission model with opportunities to further increase your commissions.
  • Opportunity to grow into other sales positions with strong uplift in On Target Earnings
