Content of the role 

Your role as Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be to approach customers, identify their potential need and engage and qualify leads to create pipeline for our Account Executives. We have a very strong gameplan and segmentation of customers for you to attack, become the frontrunner and key to our growth. Our SDR’s are compensated with a competitive base salary and commission.

SDR’s are the first chain in the sales cycle, and therefore make up an incremental part of our success. We value people that are driven by their own targets, but also act as a team player in a creative environment with lots of freedom to find your ideal approach as well. 

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect potential customers via outbound cold calls, emails and other market activities
  • Effectively and independently distill and deliver the eloomi value proposition, articulating how our products can change people outcomes
  • Follow the established eloomi sales qualification process to manage a high-activity pipeline of leads
  • Push beyond gatekeepers to reach the right stakeholders in order to convey our value proposition and generate sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong desire to pursue a challenging career in SaaS sales
  • Ideally 1+ years' experience in sales or account management
  • Educational level preferred minimum bachelor’s degree
  • CRM usage experience a plus, we use Hubspot
  • Strong ability to engage and qualify leads over the phone
  • Competitive - you want to outwork everyone around you and be rewarded for your level of effort
  • Intelligent - fast learner, great listener and a communicator that captivates people
  • An analytical mindset with the drive to continuously improve and develop yourself
  • Highly motivated with a can-do attitude, ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with high volume of outbound cold calls (40-50 calls per day)
  • Fluency in English
  • Background from any of the following industry sectors is a plus, but not necessary: IT & Services, Consultancy, Manufacturing, Logistics or Financials Services

Please note! You will be based out of our office in Orlando, US, and we are looking for candidates with network and experience from the US only for this role
