Account Executive (Product Specialist) for London 

Account Executives at eloomi take a consultative approach, partner with and build a rapport with prospects, by helping them identify their challenges and demonstrating how our products will meet their criteria and help them solve their problems. As the Account Executive, you will report to the Head of Sales.

Account Executives are supported by an inbound and outbound lead engine, but your main goal is to hit and exceed target so you might want to pick up the phone and start prospecting to secure your pipeline. At eloomi we do everything online, so all your customer contact will be virtual.

eloomi clients is smaller to mid-sized companies. Nearly every company from 50+ employees could be an eloomi client, so the potential is virtually limitless.  We have especially success working with industries as IT & Services, Consultancy, Manufacturing, Logistics and Financials Services.

Our award-winning software help customers with:

  • Onboarding and Pre-boarding new hires much faster
  • Performance Management and Appraisals in the easiest, best looking user interface on the market
  • Retention – effectively manage your human capital
  • Training & Development, we have great e-learning content modules – and tools for customers to create their own as well

Qualifications: 

  • You know building a pipeline is key to your success and know how to do that
  • Sales and lead qualification experience
  • Educational level preferred minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Proven successful B2B Sales experience, at least 1 year
  • A true competitive hunter mentality
  • Admirable work ethic
  • Ability to understand & solve problems
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills – this means active listening and great conversational skills
  • Experience and confidence with cold calling, and a strong proven record of reaching targets 
  • Exhibit maturity and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to take a complex issue and break it down for your clients
  • Exceptional closing skills
  • Knowledge of the following industries is considered a plus: IT & Services, Consultancy, Manufacturing, Logistics or Financials Services
