We are seeking talented Solutions Engineers who will play a crucial role in our sales process by combining their solid technical knowledge with excellent sales skills. Our Solutions Engineers will be responsible for understanding the technical aspects of our market-leading product and effectively communicating its value to potential customers.
Your responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of eloomi products. Understanding the technical specifications, features, and benefits and can effectively demonstrate how the product meets customer needs.
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales phase. Actively participate in customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Assist in assessing customer requirements, identifying solutions, and customizing product offerings to meet client needs.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for RFP’s and propose appropriate solutions.
- Relationship Building: develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Acting as a trusted advisor by understanding customer pain points, recommending suitable products, and providing technical guidance.
- Cross-collaborate with internal teams by actively listening to customer feedback and relaying it to the relevant department for product improvement.
- Proposal Development: contribute to proposal development and pricing strategies by working closely with the sales team to create comprehensive and accurate technical proposals that align with customer requirements.
- Provide technical documentation, specifications, and cost estimates to support the sales process- assisting in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and creating compelling presentations.
- Technical Presentations and Training: deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers- effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a simplified manner.
- Staying up-to-date with competitor products, industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to our space.
- Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle. Ensuring that customer expectations align with the product's technical capabilities and communicate any technical limitations or constraints to the sales team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer (or similar role e.g. Solutions Consultant) within the SaaS space
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Highly adept in managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Experience working with software partners and customers
- Experience within HCM or Learning SaaS is desirable
