We are looking for Sales Representatives & Sales Development Representatives to further expand probably the coolest People Development software in the UK market.

Sales Development Representatives

We are currently looking for Sales Development Representatives that together with the team in Copenhagen will be prospecting into the UK market and be supported by a great Inbound and Marketing team. The role is to be very proactive and your main goal is to get discussions and demos planned.

Your job role will consist of following:

  • Researching new markets in the UK, building a pipeline of potential leads, and nurturing relationships with potential customers
  • Reaching out to prospective clients via outbound calls, emails and other platforms 
  • Making outbound calls to prospects daily with the goal of scheduling platform demos  
  • Qualifying new leads and following up on warm leads 
  • The voice and face of eloomi, as you are the first point of contact to engage our potential customers   
  • An expert in our business, brand and product  
  • Trained to become an expert on our brand and business  
  • A part of our great sales team, working hard and having fun! 

Sales Representatives

We are also looking for 5-10 Sales Representatives that will join our existing UK sales team. The role is to help discussions and demoes and manage the sales stages up to won deals.

Your job role will consist of following: 

  • Building a pipeline of potential customers, and ensuring a strong deal handling process for possible won deals 
  • Making some outbound calls to prospects with the goal of scheduling platform demos, but mainly running great demos and working through the full sales funnel.  
  • A true expert in our business, brand and product  
  • Trained to become an expert on our brand and business  
  • A part of our great sales team, working hard and having fun! 

We expect you to have following skill set:    

  • Positivity and the ability to handle objections, see opportunities and find the perfect solution for prospects  
  • Knowledge and experience with sales language  
  • A team-player attitude  
  • An exceptional ability to organize work and tasks  
  • Experience and confidence with cold calling, preferably with a proven record of reaching targets  
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate efficient and clearly in English (native English an advantage)

Where are you going to be working?

The office is in central London at one of the great WeWork offices https://www.wework.com/ - close to public transportation. You will be working in our existing UK teams, and we have further people from the DK HQ working with you locally in UK.

We are currently counting more than 80+ employees and 20 nationalities in the DK HQ, three office dogs and one office puppy, and we have so many cool and exciting things coming up in the nearby future in our amazing company. Are you in?
