We are looking for a experienced sales manager to Head up or DACH Team of great Sales Executives. You are a qualified sales manager and you know exactly how to help keep our revenue engine running through your proven sales and leadership skills. At eloomi our sales team is the engine that drives our global growth in sales and new business, and we need YOU, who can help us on the amazing growth journey we are on. 

You should be ready to start your job in our HQ in Copenhagen, and within 3-6 months relocate to our new German office.

What is the job about

As Head of the DACH team in eloomi you have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. You are a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and with a track record of success who can inspire to the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance team sales force. 

You know you are a success If you can develop a thorough understanding of the products and services we sell, find leads and close deals easily, and can coach and mentor a team of sales people to do the same. The ultimate goal is to win customers and reach individual and team targets, and to create the next division of top performer and Rockstars.

Professional skills & competencies

  • Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close. Proven success rate at levels above quotas
  • Introduce and represent eloomi, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Research needs and identify how our solutions meet them
  • Train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives and sales development representatives
  • Achieve the eloomi objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
  • Continuously develop personal leadership and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
  • Generate leads, execute on inbound, and build and nurture customer relationships for closing sales
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
  • Meet online with customers and set the foundation for a long-lasting relationship by understanding their needs
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends, as well as understand the competitor landscape
  • Set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
  • Oversee the sales team to ensure the team quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
  • Manage high accuracy in forecasting, execute on actions plans and ensure great week-end, month-end and quarter-end close processes
  • You are able to achieve high on-target-earnings incentivized by both individual and team achievements, as well as being prioritized for the opportunity to participate in the eloomi warrant program, when being a top performing head and delivering continuous results that hit or overachieve targets.

  • High workload, drive and efficient execution of sales tasks for achieving own and team results with high data quality
  • Perform a positive and professional approach to customers and thereby increase pipeline and reach the sales targets
  • Be a frontrunner in ONE ELOOMI, the eloomi values and the eloomi products and with great enthusiasm attract new customers, deliver pipeline and closed the expected deals on your own and with the sales team

  • Increase pipeline and won deals based on revenue
  • High accuracy in forecasting and action plans
  • Hit or exceed revenue sales targets
